@cutietwo22 i dont eat seafood, the taste is veil. however the people who enjoy the taste can eat what they want.

  6. cutietwo22 says:

@jakerawr101 so I guess you don’t. So sad. However I guess that means u don’t eat seafood or anything like that. If you do then you should care about the ocean. I know we don’t live there, but other animals do. I do not understand how people like you can say that it’s so upsetting!

I think chinese authorities should start regulating every thing because they are going to finish all, with a population of more tha a billion! in ten years i don´t know what is going to be left! Here in Mexico is the same thing, i´ve seen how excesive fishing has reduced the fish population massively, i remember when i was a kid i went to the beach and fishermen some times came out with giant groupers, it was usual to see those specimens, but now that is just a vague memory… it´s a shame :(

  10. jakerawr101 says:

@cutietwo22 ya, but who gives a shit about the ocean?

  11. cutietwo22 says:

@jakerawr101 what they say is true. It is said that coral reefs and most fish that live in them will be gone in 30-40 years. All because people do not know when enough is enough. Eating fish is not bad, but over-fishing to eat fish is bad. We won’t die if we stop eating fish for a while to let their numbers jump back. I think if the whole world boycotted fishing for a couple years or so, it would help the ocean is so many ways!

  12. cutietwo22 says:

@gamerproHQ and why is that? I hope you are being sarcastic!

Greenfags really need to stop indoctrinating the innocent minds of our lesser intelligent population. Robots are the solution to pollution, not decreasing the energy consumption of the masses.

  17. syro666 says:

@jakerawr101 Cause you fucking ZAPS eat all the fucking fish there are not going to be any left. Now I know the cost of life is cheap in that side of the world I mean you people kill your first born daughters, But we won’t get into that. There are certain fish that have high reproductive rate so it is ok to eat them. But you dirty dirt worshiping heathens must over fish. you know what kill the ocean on your side of the world but send your ship here and we’ll blow em outta the water

FISH ARE FOOD, i dont like the tast, but in china people like to eat fish. its a healthy diet. how is eating fish bad? ANY video can make ANYTHING seem like the end of the world and very sad

  22. Checkavailability125 says:

i heard wrasse are no longer allowed to be fish due to decreasing number……. the world can only offer so much as to satify our needs but not our greed.

  23. FurWiGi says:

This video should seriously be promoted, coral reefs are so delicate and important to our world. We need more people to become aware of the problems we are causing.

  24. 94jg says:

20-30 years from now when there’s nothing left and the only fish that can be eaten have to be from hundreds of miles away and slowly become a delicacy more than a common diet, I hope China, Japan and other Asian countries are happy for being the majority that wiped out entire species and habitats. I know it sounds racist but it always seems China/Japan/Asian etc. are mostly responsible for some form of species being push to the brink of extinction simply because they want, not need, to eat it.

  25. lexmark136 says:

@TheOneAndOnlyProdigy how do you know that fish is innocent? it could be stalin reincarnated.

Natures balance destroyed by mankind’s disregard and greed. One only needs to look to the Gulf of Mexico and BP Oil response times and questionable corporate clean-up efforts. It’s all about saving face not the environmental impact.

@pwjm I dont think its practical for 100 million Indians or Chinese to move to Canada though. If everyone lived in tiny villages it would use even more energy, more commuting. You simply cannot produce everything on a local level.

  33. pwjm says:

    @AcowpieB

can you prove that world is actually overpopulated?? certainly certain areas are individually, however countries like Canada are grossly underpopulated.

There is plenty of room for everyone to live in a self sufficient manner… the problem lies in our commercial living style. There is no societal benefit to massive cities at all.

Japanese proverb: The nail the sticks most, gets pounded down first. We have many environmental nails, sticking up. Water, forests, traffic, education, etc. Different nails in different regions. Different dominant nails, in different regions. But, nobody talks about the magic nail common to all regions… The population nail. What’s makes it magic?… When pounded down, all other nails also go down. “Sustainability” means nothing, without an element of population stabilization or reduction.

This seems to fit right into the UN Agenda 21 M.O. People= bad/Nature= good. Wake up people! You’re sitting in your comfortable homes/apartments reading this on your laptops, drinking your latte’s. All of this comes w/ a price. The alternative is to become another 3rd world country w/ everyone living in their urban flats. There are few creature comforts there. Be responsible and use common sense- don’t be just another naive lamb- falling for the lies of big, socialist government.

  43. hablerz says:

@quarkphotonect Nuclear energy isnt that clean – Each plant has a life of around 40 years , then you have a major problem not to mention expence of cleaning up the site which is basically impossible.

  44. hablerz says:

Recycling paper is a waste of time , better to use it as compost material. Its more efficient to make new paper then use energy to downcycle old paper.

  48. quarkphotonect says:

Holy Crap I hate You “Environmental” Idiots You miss the point Totally.
Nuclear energy is Safe clean and efficient also global warming has nothing to do with it, We are poisoning the Environment with Plastic and Toxic chemicals and Deforestation But this video completely misses the point.

  49. Freshbrood says:

@Dodger481 Nothing to say? What do you have to offer yourself?- other than exctinct species have no value, and the weak fall for scare tactics?.. “may very well”?? That’s rationale/justification for allowing extinction? that technology MAY replace what’s been lost forever? boy, there is no point in arguing with you. As articulate as you attempt to be, you not only have nothing to say yourself, but you are clearly an ignoramus.

  50. Dodger481 says:

    @Freshbrood
Strong language from someone with nothing to say. As irrelevant as the dodo bird is technology may very well bring it back someday, although I’m sure we could turn our efforts to more worthwile endeavors. If anything history has taught us that the earth is a very robust system that adjusts quite easily to change. We have nothing to be afraid of except the weakminded that fall for scare tactics that always lack evidence or relevance.
